Programme
F4F offers a variety of transformational courses and seminars that aim to either build teams drawn from one locality or to bring different perspectives to organisations for which F4F is a resource.
The courses offered are:
1. Visiting Course – a 7 to 10 day course on personal and spiritual development that offers:
practical life skills training
an understanding of how people develop and change,
and explores:
how to value and follow your deep convictions
how to find the motivation to develop and sustain democratic culture
how to become an inwardly free person.

2. Specialised Visiting Course – aimed at specific social groups (political, educational, business, inter-ethnic/cultural, inter-NGO).
This course has been used to create dialogue, understanding and reconciliation between different ethnic groups and, in modified form, between the army, police force and civic leaders in Sierra Leone.

3. Stage 2 Visiting Course. This comes after a standard Visiting Course, and focuses on Teamwork, Visioning and Skills Building in a team context.
4. Ethical Leadership Workshop – a weekend course that focuses on ‘leadership with integrity’.
