Imam Muhammad Ashafa and Pastor James Wuye have been visiting Calgary. Last week they were interviewed by CBC radio Homestretch and by the Calgary Herald. An article also appeared in The Cochrane Eagle
The Homestretch introduction of January 28th reads:
"Imam Muhammad Ashafa and Pastor James Wuye are leaders of the Muslim and Christian communities in Nigeria. At one time, they hated each other so much, they each tried to have the other killed. The two men were brought together by government officials in Nigeria in an attempt to open up a dialogue between the two religions. It worked. They're accomplishments and newfound friendship have been documented in a film called The Imam and the Pastor."
