Programme

F4F offers a variety of transformational courses and seminars that aim to either build teams drawn from one locality or to bring different perspectives to organisations for which F4F is a resource.

The courses offered are:

  • 1. Visiting Course – a 7 to 10 day course on personal and spiritual development that offers:
  • practical life skills training
  • an understanding of how people develop and change,
  • and explores:

  • how to value and follow your deep convictions
  • how to find the motivation to develop and sustain democratic culture
  • how to become an inwardly free person.
  • 2. Specialised Visiting Course – aimed at specific social groups (political, educational, business, inter-ethnic/cultural, inter-NGO).

This course has been used to create dialogue, understanding and reconciliation between different ethnic groups and, in modified form, between the army, police force and civic leaders in Sierra Leone.

  • 3. Stage 2 Visiting Course. This comes after a standard Visiting Course, and focuses on Teamwork, Visioning and Skills Building in a team context.
  • 4. Ethical Leadership Workshop – a weekend course that focuses on ‘leadership with integrity’.
