First introduced to IofC through her University, Liverpool Hope University, Charlotte encountered an NGO which articulated a similar mission statement and values which she had developed over her experience of understanding faith in action.

Charlotte has worked in many areas of IofC from Peace Circles to assisting with the establishment of the School For Change Makers, an IofC conference for students and young professionals in Liverpool. She has also attended Caux as an Intern, media student for the Caux Creatifs Media Training Programme and conference assistand for the Caux Forum for Human Security.

Charlotte is now working with enhancing IofC's links and communications as a Communications Associate for the International Strategy Team.

IofC in Brief

Who we are: Initiatives of Change (IofC) is a world-wide movement of people of diverse cultures and backgrounds, who are committed to the transformation of society through changes in human motives and behaviour, starting with their own.

Purpose: We work to inspire, equip and connect people to address world needs, starting with themselves, in the areas of trustbuilding, ethical leadership and sustainable living.

Omnia Marzouk, President, IofC International
'Nothing lasting can be built without a desire by people to live differently and exemplify the changes they want to see in society.'
