Becoming a Trustbuilder in Practice

Tuesday, 6. April 2021 - 12:00 to Wednesday, 7. April 2021 - 14:00

One of the strengths of the Trustbuilding Program is that we have access to an amazingly diverse network of activists, facilitators, and peacemakers who provide unique and exciting ways that we can approach trustbuilding. So, an important aspect of our international program is to create spaces where we can gather and learn from one another as trustbuilders!

Join us for a focused conversation on Initiatives of Change’s distinctive contribution to trustbuilding, and to learn more about:

  • Exploring the qualities & skills needed to be a trustbuilder in practice
  • Articulating the link between trust, trustworthiness, and trustbuilding
  • Overcoming barriers to strategic teams and partnership development

You will experience a renewed motivation for trustbuilding, a deeper understanding of necessary morals/values as trustbuilders, encouragement for navigating difficult situations, and feel connected to trustbuilders across the globe.

The conversation will take place over two sessions online for 2 hours each with input from facilitators, breakout discussion rooms, interviews with trustbuilders on their practices, polls, reflective silence and more!

This event will be held on Tuesday 6 and Wednesday 7 April 2021 from 12.00 - 14.00 GMT. Please attend both days.

Please note this session will be in English.
